State Representative Tony Payton, Radio Personality Laiya St.Clair among Guest Bartenders at Planned Parenthood’s Cocktails for a Cause PHILADELPHIA, PA – State Representative Tony Payton, Jr. and Radio Personality Laiya St.Clair will dazzle Planned Parenthood supporters with their bartending skills at Cocktails for a Cause, a happy hour benefiting Planned Parenthood, on Tuesday, October 27th at Chris’ Jazz Café. Payton and St.Clair are guest bartenders along with Reverend Marvin Marsh and other reproductive rights advocates from around the region. Proceeds from the bar tips and $5 cover will benefit Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania’s (PPSP) services and programs.
