CHICAGO!!!!! Wanna go?

What a time! Imagine...All the Black TV and Print jornalists in one city. I went to Chicago for the NABJ (National Association of Black Journalists) convention...I have never seen that many clean shaven Black Men in my life! lol It was defintely a good time. Thanks to my girl Shemeka (formally producer of Pooch and Laiya in the AM now CN8 morning show producer!) and Sheinelle Jones (Fox's "Good Day Philadelphia")and my girl Torrie("Good Day" producer) i got to get a taste of what its like to be in the big world of TV and be Black on top of that lol ...So lets go for a ride to Chicag through my eyes lol

So check this as we are leaving the Convention Center where the conference activities took place a fine man walks swiftly by me. He looks familiar so i begin to slowly follow him. Well not slowly, but I finally reach him....lol

Oh then I ran into one of my other favorite Black Men...Jeff Johnson from BET! So you know I had to ask him what he thought about "CNN Presents Being Black in America". And guess what he said? lol "I thought i was watching a zoo" lol...my boy Jeff! At least hes's honest!

So then enters the bad luck lol...I go to the Mexican spot with my girls and when the bill comes my temporary card (yeah i lost the other one and!?!?!) gets rejected! So i go across the street to get some cash out the ATM and dont you know the ATM TOOK MY CARD!!! I was so embarassed and pissed so this picture right down here is from the next morning when i had to get up early to get to the bank and get some cash...i was mad lol

It was a quick trip.....but a good time bye Sheinelle thanks!
